Eat This, Not That! 2013: The No Diet Weight Loss Solution?by David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding is an important book which provides warnings on the most dangerous foods to avoid together with healthful food choices that are high in nutrition and much lower in caloric intake.

For instance, the author warns against such things as pink slime in beef, mercury in food drinks, rocket fuel in lettuce and molds in berries. In addition, the FDA has asked the food industry to stop lacing animal feed with antibiotics to prevent diseases in animals.

Zinczenko and Goulding?discuss healthful food choices like Applebee's Creamy Parmisan Chicken at 470 calories; The Black Angus Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich at 480 calories or Chili's Classic Sirloin Mac at 500 calories. The Subway Turkey Sandwich is another low calorie favorite for dieters.

The authors name foods to avoid; such as, Olive Garden Lasagna Fritta at 1000 calories or the Outback Steakhouse Chocolate Thunder at 1554 calories.

Eat This, Not That! ?is an important book on foodstuffs for the general public, dieters and people with a specific need to reduce inflammation markers in the blood chemistry like the c-reactive protein and others.
